Impossible to use a bad app that comes without a helpful manual. Want my money back!!!!

It works for simple file transfers between two Macs. One drawback is that it wont move .app files, rather you have to create a zip archive of the .app or .dmg. Hopefully the developer will fix this problem in a future release.

I hope to transfer video from my phone to my mac over wifi I purchased this mac app $3.99 and the iphone app $1.99 (yes they charge seperately) However, the mac version of app was not able to locate my iphone in the same wifi. very user unfriendly. very disappointed. do not buy the product

I needed an app to transfer videos from m my Apple mini (With Mountan Lion) to my iPad mini. I tried a couple of old dependable apps that I had used previously but, somehow, they didnt work. Then I tried "File Transfer" and it worked perfectly. At first, I wasnt using it correctly but, thanks to fast-response tech support, the app was up, and running, in no time. Im very picky about app performance, and I can attest that this app does exactly what it claims.

So excited to find a way to export Word documents from my laptop without having to change the format for iPad! File Transfer opens on both devices, connects via Wi-Fi, then you just drag the Word document onto the laptop icon and it appears on the iPad. After that, you tap the document, click on Export "To other App," and put it in Pages. I did it both ways and the one I changed to Pages before exporting looks the same as the one I left as a Word document before the transfer. My only complaint would be that the Tutorial doesnt explain how to do this, but I emailed the company and got a response within an hour! Kudos for customer service!

I’ve been using this app to transfer PDFs from my desktop to my iPad. It works everytime. The corresponding iOS app is equally good. Get both - then get to work. Highly recommended.

This app works with almost none of my other apps. Dont bother. I blew $6 to buy both the Mac version and the iOS version, and it doesnt work at all. Total waste of money.

Does not work bought it for my Pro and had to buy it for Cell Phone a waste of money.

I’m using an iPad Mini 2 and a Macbook Pro. Downloaded this app and was able to transfer files over bluetooth, no problem whatsoever. The entire process took 2 minutes with no hitches. I don’t know what other people are complaining about.

How do I uninstall it?

So I was upset because out-of-the-box is somewhat of a misnomer, it’s more start up the app and go through the motions. That is my complaint, its pitched and hoped for, that you open the transfer apps on both devices and it works. You have to start the import on the iOS app via Edit/Import then your device will be recognized. It does transfer my files, just seems ad hoc and cumbersome.

I was upset i had to pay for it but its worth it. My LG v10 wasnt working on my mac by usb so i found this app installed it on my mac and phone then found out i had to buy the pro to download from my mac but i could upload for free. after buying both apps its totally worth it i transfered my 1.5g music file wirelessly over wife in 1 minute it was so easy well worth my 4 plus 2 dollars for the app!! thank you for making it work seamlessly.

Stuck on searching devices - please refund my money. I can’t get it past the searching screen. This app does not work for me. Pleaserefund my money now. I shouldn’t have bought an app with a 2-tar rating in the first place.
